Gorgeous place, it was fairly clean and had friendly attentive staff with the other member of staff. I loved the room in a comfy bed. The property's location was magnificent and wonderful, very close to the seafront. The food was outstanding and tasty.

Really enjoyed the room with a balcony, my bed was comfortable. The venue was in a central location next to the seaside, and the vibrant town centre. Also, this hotel was situated 2 km from tourist destination like a restored Regency garden.

Everything was amazing, including exceptionally attentive staff and perfect location right in the centre of town. The rooms were tastefully decorated and beautifully designed with tea, comfy bed, a proper hairdryer. The place had a friendly atmosphere. The overall experience was very good, truly enjoyed our stay very much and would use them next time.

The venue is fairly clean, the staff is friendly attentive. Tastefully decorated, new-fashioned room complete with balcony and comfortable beds. The breakfast is absolutely superb and lovely for vegetarians, had outstanding food. The hotel is set in an excellent and wonderful location close enough to the centre of town, restaurants and bars are very close on Preston street and all-beach. Also, it's 3 km from Brighton Palace Pier.
